Mr. Williams has played a pivotal role in the mortgage and housing industry in Florida. He has developed and provided mortgage loans, training, and business consulting to over 30 mortgage consultants, loan processors, and underwriters across the state. Through educational seminars on homeownership and foreclosure, Mr. Williams has empowered individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve self-reliance and control over their economic future.

Mr. Williams was instrumental in developing and managing a comprehensive housing center, offering prospective families the necessary services to achieve successful homeownership. He has overseen a detailed homeownership program that addressed public housing concerns and regularly informed NeighborWorks America® about the organization's progress.

Additionally, Mr. Williams conducted the implementation of a homeownership software that assisted prospective homebuyers with purchasing, refinancing, rehabilitating, and maintaining homes. He has also analyzed financial data, managing actual, forecasted, and budgeted information exceeding $700 million. His expertise and dedication have significantly contributed to the success and stability of many families in Florida.

Education and Training Manager

Ben oversees Rental Beast’s education and training content and is a member of the Customer Success Group. Ben earned his Virginia Real Estate License and closed over $4 million in commercial and residential deals from 2012 to 2014. Over the last decade, he held roles in marketing, sales, and instructional design. Ben has an Instructional Design Certification from the Association of Talent Development (ATD) and is a certified ATD Master Instructional Designer. He is currently earning his M.Ed in Learning Design and Technology at Texas A&M.
