She has over 20 years of extensive experience in the property management and real estate industry.

Dr. Malkia-Sapp is also a nationally certified affordable housing property manager with an SHCM® designation and a proud member of NARPM®. She holds a Broker’s license in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Georgia, and is a licensed Property Manager in the the District of Columbia.

Ben oversees Rental Beast’s education and training content and is a member of the Customer Success Group. Ben earned his Virginia Real Estate License and closed over $4 million in commercial and residential deals from 2012 to 2014. Over the last decade, he held roles in marketing, sales, and instructional design. Ben has an Instructional Design Certification from the Association of Talent Development (ATD) and is a certified ATD Master Instructional Designer. He is currently earning his M.Ed in Learning Design and Technology at Texas A&M.
