Mitch Deminski has been a real estate investor since 1998 and started a Property Management company in 2001 in Columbus, Ohio. In 2018, he bought a HomeVestor franchise, We Buy Ugly Houses, and continues to flip 12-15 houses annually. Mitch grew his property management company to 550 doors and sold it in 2022. Mitch has done numerous podcasts and speaking engagements for investors, agents, brokers, and property managers on self-management, working with investors, and building a profitable business. He currently owns 32 investment properties free and clear. He’s done just about everything related to real estate, including burning down his house for a tax write-off.

He has recently produced an Investor Series with Keller Williams ReEquity Group to educate on the ins and outs of real estate investing. In the series, Mitch covers getting yourself emotionally and financially ready for real estate investing. Next is analyzing deals that fit your investment goals and preparing for day 1 of being an investor. Mitch then dives into property management and whether to self-manage or hire a 3rd party manager.
